My work as a photographer is a reflection of my deep-rooted wanderlust and fascination with capturing the beauty in everyday moments. Through my lens, I seek to freeze fleeting moments that would have otherwise been lost in time, reminding us to slow down and appreciate the present. My travels have allowed me to immerse myself in other cultures, inspiring my eye for detail and unique perspectives. Through my work, I hope to transport viewers to far-off lands and open their minds to the beauty and diversity of our world. Each photograph is a snapshot of missed time, urging us to cherish every second and find beauty in even the most mundane of experiences. These images capture the colorful, yet difficult daily lives of the people of Cienfuegos in the Dominican Republic. This town is plagued by 90 percent unemployment rates, yet has a commonality of neighborly love. From a hard working grandma to a toddler playing in the street, I was lucky enough to witness this community. Join me on this visual journey and discover the magic that many miss.
